This premium product has been micro-pelletized for easy dust-free application.  It combines finely ground bone meal and lignin, a natural, water-soluble binder.  This form allows a staggered release so the nutrients are utilized by plants more efficiently; part of the nutrients are released quickly for the plants’ benefit while the remaining portion is slow-release so nutrients don’t leach into groundwater or harm microbial activity.  This product is a natural source of nitrogen, phosphate, and calcium providing strong root systems and cell walls to all your plants, and is OMRI-certified organic.  Micro-Pelletized Steam Bone Meal is consistently sized and suitable for soil blends, mixed with compost, or top-dressed in containerized plants. Due to its uniform size, it can easily be applied with conventional fertilizer equipment.

This product is derived from bone meal and lignin sulfonate.

BENEFITS: 

Once applied to the soil, the granules dissolve back into a fine powder to supply phosphorous, calcium, and nitrogen to your plants. It is registered with OMRI and WSDA for organic food production. 

DIRECTIONS:

For best results, please follow the soil test guidelines.

Giant vegetables/fruit: Up to 3 lbs per 100 sq. ft.

Vegetable gardens and flower beds: 10 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. or 1 tbs per planting hole.

Established turf: 

Spring application: 15 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft.

Early summer application: 10 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft.

Late summer application: 10 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft.
